welcome to apple fairy

Our story so far

We took over the bed and breakfast previously named Apple in 2015.

Neither of us had any experience of running a bed and breakfast before but with Stefan's creative flare as a carpenter, his love of cooking, and Janet's love and association with fairies and anything magical we have tried to create a space that is filled with fantasy, surprise, as well as being a home from home.

During the past few years, we have created Hobbit Huts, a Mermaid room, Narnia, Enchanted Forest, and a Fairy Room. To help us create this lovely space we have acquired the talents of many wonderful artists including Linda Ravenscroft, Tommy Elswood, Yuri Leitch, Gill Nicholas, and Soso Erenkamp. Without their talents, we would not have achieved what we now have created.

We share our home with four beautiful and friendly cats: Leo, Louis, Biscuit and Curtains. They are a big part of our family here and they love to have a fuss from our guests.
