Apple Fairy is situated on a peaceful residential road in the heart of Glastonbury. Just a few minutes walk from the weird, the wacky and the wonderful shops, restaurants and pubs of the High Street, with easy access to the Chalice Well or to the Tor, you cannot get closer to the action of Glastonbury.

Arriving by car

There is always ample parking near Apple Fairy. We have free on-street parking along Norbins Road. If the road is full, there are two reasonably priced 24-hour pay and display car parks at the end of the road. Please contact us if you have any questions and we will advise you on the best place to park.

By Train

The nearest train station to Apple Fairy is Castle Cary Station, which is situated in Castle Cary, Somerset, BA7 7PE. The most comfortable and convenient way to arrive at Apple Fairy is take one of the taxis from the rank immediately adjacent to the station. A taxi ride will take roughly 25-35 minutes and cost around £30. Alternatively, you can catch a bus from Castle Cary station to Street, where you will find bus routes for Glastonbury. There are also train stations in Bath or Bristol. If travelling from Bath, you can catch a bus to Wells followed by a second bus to Glastonbury. If travelling from Bristol, there are direct bus services to Glastonbury town centre. If you have any questions regarding the easiest way to travel by train, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

By Coach

A coach service runs from London Hammersmith to Glastonbury town centre. Please look at Berry’s Coaches or National Express which both provide comfortable coach services. The coach arrives at the bus stop near Glastonbury Abbey, which is approximately a 10 minute walk through the town centre to Apple Fairy.

If arriving by bicycle, you may be able to store your bike in the garden. Please notify us before your arrival if you are travelling by bike.
